Before joining Colliers Project Management services in Jan 2019, he has worked in Nirman India Constructions Pvt. Ltd. As a Project Manager (Planning & Control) from June 2018. He has worked with Architecture and Interior design firms, IAAD studio Gurgaon, and A Sharma Associates in Delhi/NCR post graduating with an Architecture degree in 2012 and has an overall Architectural experience of about 3.5 years. He was involved with various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects and his role involved design conceptualization, detailed design, costing, estimation, preparing working drawings / detailing, coordination with consultants, clients, tendering, and procurement. He also has experience working as an intern in the construction of a premium Educational Institute building (Step By Step School) in Greater Noida for Subros Educational Society under RRA Project Management Services Pvt. Ltd.
Accomplishments
Experienced with Project Management services for various projects and has been actively involved in BTS Commercial Complex for Philips, Embassy Business Hub Masterplan (North Bangalore) projects. Apart from this, he was involved with winning successful Bids for many projects including Bidding Strategy for Google Hyderabad, TDD for Black Stone (Forum Fiza and Neighborhood Malls), Bidding Strategy for Aparna Hyderabad. He has been actively involved in supporting other project strategy reports and presentations and has been part of various successful bids for projects associated with Embassy, Bagmane, Fortius, Google, and Aparna clients.

Pursued Masters in Building Engineering & Management from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, in the year 2018.
Department of Building Engineering & Management offers a specialized course that enables the individual to accomplish complex building projects by understanding the engineering and management aspect of construction projects. SPA offers first-hand knowledge by conducting interactive sessions with experts in the fields & provides an opportunity for exposure in form of seminars enabling us to explore the field, workshops, and practical training.
Persued bachelors in Architecture from College of Engineering & Technology, Bhubaneshwar (B.P.U.T University) in the year 2012.
CET Bhubaneswar is one of the premium Government Institutes in Odisha. Under the guidance of many prominent faculties in the Institute, I have completed my Bachelors in Architecture in 2012.
