- Assisted Fosroc Chemicals in aquistion of warehouse at Kolkata. Both the location and rates were well within Clients expectation to support their expansion
- Assisted Capital Foods in setting up their first warehouse in East.Negotiated on behalf of the Client to get them the best rentals in the micro market
- Assisted Stellar Value Chain in relocation from Grade B Warehouse to Grade A Warehouse minimizing cost implications
