  1. Western Region Procurement Head  (Synergy - Merge with Colliers International)

o   Handled Industrial parks 22 lacs sft at chakan Pune  And  commercial IT building of 3 lacs sft in Hinjewadi pune for Embassy group.

o   Repair and rehabilitation of commercial building at BKC with advance repairing technology @  Rs. 40 Cr for Black Stone Group.

o   Mahindra life spaces projects at Nagpur for 18 lacs sft town ship project (Balance development of @ 10 Lacs Sft).

o   Commercial and residential development for Nishant Construction Ltd at Ahmedabad.

o   High End Residential Villa Development at Lonavala, Shilimb for Writer Corporations.

2. Indiabulls (Estimation Head Western Region) –

  1. Western Region in Indiabulls –Handled all QS related activities, tendering, BOQ, estimates for 33 Million SFT BUA. This includes buildings varying from G + 65 storey stand alone in central mumbai to mass housing projects with horizontal spread around Mumbai in Panvel and Khopoli.

3. Lodha Developers Pvt Ltd (General Manager Cost Management) –

  1. New Cuffe Parade Residential & Commercial- Having development of about 1.3 crore built up. The interior are designed by YOO as Philippe Starck signature apartment and Kelly Hoppen. G+54 storey 12 residential towers , G + 42 storey commercial building 1 no, 4 level basement of 31 Lacs sft and landscape of about 15 Acre, 80k BUA club house and SPA -(950 Million USD).
  2. One Altamount - 3B+7podium+G+39 storey residential building located at Altamount road costing about (40 Million USD).
  3.  Apollo Mill Compound –Completed development of about 8.5 Acre of land. Consists of 3 Residential towers of 50 storey each costing about (100 Million USD)
