Raghu has over 11 years’ experience in Bangalore’s real estate market and has comprehensive knowledge of the commercial, retail, residential & land in different sub-markets of Bangalore. Raghu joined Colliers one year ago and prior to joining Colliers he has worked with Knight Frank for 5+ years and with DTZ for 6 years.
Prior to working with Colliers in Bangalore, India. Raghu started off as a Database Executive with Cushman (Erstwhile DTZ) and developed experience / knowledge in Bangalore’s real estate market and was associated with them for just over 6 years. While working in the Property Management industry, Raghu has exposed himself to various aspects of the real estate sector
Post long stint in Cushman (Erstwhile DTZ), was associated with KNIGHT FRANK for over a period of 5+ years, worked with multiple corporates and gained transaction knowledge and has been building his experience from thereon.
Raghu joined Colliers in 2018 as Assistant General Manager in Occupier Services and has developed himself into a key member of the team.

During his extensive career in Bangalore real estate market, Raghu has worked with many key clients including Nokia, Caterpillar, TATA, Mitel, RIO, Cognizant Directi, Bank Bazaar, Altair Engineering, Harman International, YES Bank, Win Wire and others.
He has transacted approximately around 3 million SF of office space which catered to different client requirements
