A real estate consultant with experience in the field of Business Development and Research.  At Colliers, Shreeda is a part of the Research Services team, handling the Mumbai region.  She and her team work together to share market insights for different verticals of real estate industry like office, industrial,  residential markets at Pan India level that can lead to  generation of business opportunities.  Previously she was a part of other property consulting firms in the West region.

Shreya Bhusnur is a civil engineer and a recent post-graduate in urban planning with proven academic experience in research, producing data-driven urban planning solutions. She is passionate to analytically infuse engineering and planning and aims to apply skills in assisting business ventures.  She  recently worked with UNICITI, a France based non-profit organization as an Urban Development Specialist.  She carried out research work, selecting experts for 3D printing, modular construction, Form Based Approach, Earth based construction projects, created social media strategy, created and maintained UNICITI's work database of research team working on "Third way of building Asian cities program", guidelines and procedures.

During her graduation programmes, she was exposed to hands-on practical training through 2 internships, one at Pilliwar and Associates, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on various studies and gained some practical experience on transportation, surveying, building drawing and bye Laws and the other on analyzing water & sanitation in Indian cities at Human Welfare Foundation, Gurgaon, Haryana.

She is always interested in doing projects that are out of the box and impose a fruitful output to the society with a touch of innovation.

She is an Urban Planner and Real Estate Professional with strong academic background. She has 4 years experience in real estate research and consulting. Her key competencies include research based strategic consulting, feasibility study, preparing market research reports, retail strategy, design conceptualization & tenant mix. With over 4 years of experience in the sector, she has been part of a constant market recce and have attuned herself with a comprehensive understanding of core real estate asset classes mainly retail and commercial office space. She has worked on various bespoke assignments enabling the clients to gauge a prospective strategy and its implementation. 

Arun Kumar has a good academic background as an Architect and Urban Planner. He has worked with the Telangana Government on the formulation, monitoring, and implementation of many initiatives and programmes for the state's growth. He has also worked at the World Resources Institute in Bangalore (WRI) on visualising and evaluating mobility networks in India that were part of the Station Access and Mobility Program (STAMP). His thesis examines the influence of metro systems on Indian city mobility, as well as their impact on land value, land usage, and constructed form.
