Priyank has recently joined Colliers in Ahmedabad Office as an Associate Director in Industrial & Logistics vertical. The interactions with senior leadership and a clear vision ahead motivated him to join Colliers after over 4 years long successful stint with CBRE India where he was working in the Industrial and Logistics Service line.
He brings with him a wealth of relevant experience in the Industrial and Logistics domain having worked with clients across Gujarat & MP locations. Priyank is a specialist in the Industrial & Logistics domain as he has been working in the same service line in CBRE.
Priyank believes in a holistic solution approach, wherein he becomes a one stop shop of any and all queries of the client. Belief in this approach of "one stop shop" has helped him upskill in technical knowledge in challenging assignments involving Layout Approval ( Municipal Corporation & Rural AReas), GIDC approvals, city development guidelines etc.
He would be part of Shyam’s team of Pan-India Industrial experts who have accelerated success of their clients across India and across the globe.
Accomplishments
Having started his IPC Journey in CBRE in 2017 at Ahmedabad, when Industrial and Logistics was still in nascent stage Priyank initiated and closed Highest numbers of t transactions (19 Transactions in 3 Years) in industry at the time with the client by the name of Shell India Markets. It was the highest numbers of transaction by any IPC for almost 3 years.
He has worked on challenging warehousing leasing assignments in Surat & Rajkot, which required a lot of patience and innovative problem solving techniques.
He has also headed the Industrial transactions team in Ahmedabad for a year where he specialized in Structuring BTS Warehouse Facility leasing with Major clients being Ecom Express, Xpressbees & Udaan.
He has also closed lease and land transactions Across Gujarat.
