Prakash joined Colliers in 2001 to implement global property database platform CORE across all offices in India.

Before joining Colliers, he was working in the shipping industry, where he rolled out an online container tracking platform for major shipping companies.

 

Accomplishments

Prakash has elevated Colliers as a leader in technology adoption in Asia to maximize market reach and customer acquisition while implementing a real estate platform that manages data of over 1200 million Sq. Ft. The intent of the platform was to deliver logical and auditable real estate solutions to our clients across Asia.

Big data platform has been designed and distributed to aggregate, compile and analyze commercial real estate data, enabling brokers to source options and generate leads across Asia region.
