I have been working in real estate industry since 2013. I have been fortunate to work with reputed developers like Shapoorji Pallonji, Ahuja Constructions. Working for such an elaborate time in real estate and good teams have helped me gather experience in fund raising in all shapes and forms and managing investor relations. My job profile made me garner relationships with leading banks, nbfcs, real estate private equity players, mutual fund AMCs, etc.
I have experience of raising over USD 300 Mn & managing loan book of over USD 700 Mn
