Ganapathy’s focus is on enhancing asset and infrastructure health and service life thereby as a natural fall-out provide energy conservation measures, by interfacing technology, Digital Twins & Artificial Intelligence in tandem with good engineering operational practices to pave the way for efficiency and reliability. He is equally adept at non-engineering services, contributing in setting up standards & benchmarking services both to Indian & International standards.
Over the years, in addition to account management Ganapathy has evolved into an SME in Engineering in relation to Facilities Management / Building Engineering Services / Property & Asset Management. This gives us an edge whilst strategizing for operations in the Real Estate Management Services industry.
Possessing considerable experience in developing and implementation of processes for Integrated Facilities management covering all service lines with a focus on engineering due diligence followed by transition and implementation of best practices towards customized maintenance planning, engineering life cycle analysis with a view to optimize performance, utilization, efficiency as well as energy efficiency through the development of bespoke solutions and strategies that create a point of differentiation and innovation in the FM market.
Success includes the implementation of engineering best practices for Asia Pacific regional contracts for the global Barclays FM contract covering 31 countries (16 in APAC and M.E) and the Citibank FM APAC contract covering 19 countries (1,500 sites). As well as providing significant operational and commercial benefits, through identification of gaps in maintenance plans including Energy initiatives that provide guaranteed energy savings across the region through operational initiatives as well as spend to save programs.
Ganapathy then brought these engineering practices into an operational steady state by leading the transitions in the capacity of Regional Engineering & Critical Environments Specialist - APAC for both the Barclays APAC and Citi APAC transitions.
