Have lead the MICE Team and also managed the FIT Team at the hotels.
Responsible for settings goals and helping the team in achieving them by creating action plans for each segment.
Building and overseeing sales goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand business strategy.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the overall Rooms and Banquets revenue by establishing the right business mix across all segments.
Closely working with the Revenue team to pick up the right fit of business for the hotel to maximize profits.
Generating business from the MICE Segment - with new and retention accounts.
Focus on converting potential leads received from various channels.
Experience in executing acquisition, development and retention sales.
