He was recognized as top performer in India for his revenue contribution for the Year 2019. In his career, he has handled multiple diverse assignments including lease/sale acquisition, lease renewal & renegotiation and disposition of real estate assets across different markets in India.
Education
Kunal is an MBA graduate from IBS Hyderabad, started his career in Real Estate and has worked ever since in the same Industry. Prior to Colliers, Kunal had worked with well-established IPC and Global real estate office space operator.
Currently located in Bangalore, he is closely working with most of the top occupiers and developers in the city.
Based on technical real estate market analysis and data driven approach, Kunal has helped many occupiers take conscious decisions on their real estate movement.
