Animesh has lead and successfully transacted over 5 million sq. ft. of prime office space for corporate occupiers across various asset classes and has structured various transactions for lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing etc. Prior to joining Colliers International, Animesh has a work experience of over 10 years working with Jones Lang LaSalle, NAI Global and Vulcan Group. Animesh has diverse experience in the real estate field with key focus on commercial markets and has also been involved in industrial and investment transactions in Pune.

Alaukik is part of Office Services business of Colliers in Pune having over 5 years of experience in  representing  clients across multiple  geographies while assisting them in planning and executing their strategies for commercial real estate with best practises and tailor-made solutions. His enthusiasm for providing the  clients with the best suiting solutions has lead him to maintaing prosperous relationships with  them.

Being a Civil Engineer who further graduated in Real  Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management, he has a good command over techno-managerial aspects of Real Estate. A few of his many proficiencies includes market assessment, lease fundamentals, assignment structuring, analytical thinking & client relationship management. 

An economics graduate from Mumbai University with MBA in communications from Mumbai  University, Amruta has 4  years of experience overall. In Colliers,  Amruta works in the office services department as a transaction manager.  She started her career with Madison Worldwide and subsequently worked with Fortune 500 brands. She is responsible for providing integration, consistency and excellence in service delivery that Colliers provides to corporate clients and strengthening the relationships with the clients.  Her genuine commitment to providing her clients with positive, stress-free real estate results is her forte.

Aishani is a seasoned corporate real estate professional with a confident & friendly persona, aiming to provide strategic solutions through her demonstrated ability to result in maximum client satisfaction and revenue generation.

Prior to joining Colliers, Aishani worked with CapitaLand in the marketing & customer services vertical as a key member of standardising the PAN India lease integration process and customer relationship management was her key area of focus. She has also worked with Panchshil Realty and was responsible for both tenant and landlord representation of their prestegious projects.

A true extrovert at heart, Aishani loves to travel and connect with new people which makes her a team player who will always be compassionate towards your needs.

Siddharth is an energetic & experienced Office transaction professional with experience in corporate sales and business development in Commercial/Residential real estate along with hands-on experience in Expat Management & Global Mobility. His key responsibility is to represent client interests by addressing all service-related issues and assisting them to counter strategic and operational challenges, plays a very crucial role in strategizing end-to-end real estate solutions for Key corporate occupiers and developers including advice on leasing, sale /purchase. Having expertise in managing the lease negotiations, lease structuring & closure on their behalf. He has demonstrated his strong skills in negotiation, planning, development, relationship management, sales, customer relationship management, market research & analytics.

Ms. Aishwarya joined Colliers-Office services team and  is responsible for  business development in commercial real estate market. Motivated to identify the right opportunities, analyse the risks, take charge of the overall portfolio and generate optimum returns on investments for our clients. 

Previously in Project management team with an experience of 5 years her expertise in project execution,  deliverables, business analysis add value to  her current role  to provide tailor-made solutions to our client.
