Have hands on experience in various Real Estate ERPs that includes Work Trac, Prolease, Harbor Flex, Yardi (Genesis, Voyager, etc.,), Accruent (LA), Lucernex, Visual Lease, Big Center and CoStar.
I have worked for more than 50,000 leases which include retail, office, equipments, residential and tower leases and other such service agreements and licenses.

I have worked from the year 2008 till Now in various Domain industry like Airtel company, Motilal Share market, Administrator Officer in Educational University, Assitant Auditor in Audit Office and currently our organization.
My Major milestone is worked as Assitant Auditor in Audit office and done Inspection in few Bank sectors.
Started my Carrier in June 2014, I have total of 6 year plus 10 months of expierence in Lease Abstraction Domain.
Worked for Top leading Real Estate Brokers in the Country.

· Process Lead: I have worked as a Process Lead at Ntrust Infotech Private Ltd. for 2 Years 8 months (Aug 2012 to Nov 2015).
· Team Leader: I have worked as a Team Leader at Mobius Knowledge Services for 2 years (Dec 2015 to Dec 2018). I have almost worked in 30+ projects with different portfolios and scopes for different clients (CBRE, NGKF, SRS, Colliers, JLL).
