Professional Summary
Arshish is a senior leader within the Office Services vertical. He heads the Occupier Consulting function and is also responsible for Digital initiatives. He has advised CEOs / CXOs on scenario planning, strategy development and integrating their real estate and business outcomes. His interest in technology leads to a razor focus on two areas, automation of internal processes which leads to a faster turnaround for clients and creating interactive tools / platforms.
Arshish was previously with JLL for about 8 years, where he most recently led the Occupier Consulting Group. In this capacity he was responsible for Portfolio strategy optimization, location advisory, employee engagement and implementing the future of work for key global occupiers. He has also spearheaded numerous growth initiatives for JLL as an office expert, a senior internal strategist to the COO and CEO, operations specialist.
Education
Arshish received his MBA from IMD Business School, Switzerland in 2018. He also received a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Honors from Mumbai University in 2013.
Arshish is very passionate about education and considers himself a life-long learner. His areas of interest are AI and Machine Learning, Data Science, Game Theory, Social Psychology and Digital Transformation, all of which he has deepened through e-learning platforms.

Arzann is a solutions-driven professional and an avid problem solver helping clients find innovative solutions to their ever-changing real estate needs. With a background in design and construction and experience working with large occupiers and developers alike he's able to bring a blend of thoughtful perspectives and creative solutions. Arzann preiously worked at JLL where he worked closely with large occupier clients on location advisory, developing strategies for portfolio optimization and portoflio scenarios addressing the Future of Work, keeping talent and employee benefit at the centre of solutions. He also suppported in the developement of analytical tools to help clients develop strategies based on data-backed insights and proven solutions. Prior to JLL he worked with Architect Hafeez Contractor on the design and construction of commercial buildings and large-scale retail projects.
