Spanning a Commercial RE Career of over 16 years, with Colliers since Dec 2014 where, he has transacted a total area of 4.0 mn SF approximately, the estimated rental (per month) value amounting to USD 3.2mn.
Anuj has gathered exceptional knowledge in handling clients from varied verticles such as IT, Healthcare, Datacentres, R&D Centres, Global In-house Centers. In the process has gained expertise to conclude complex transactions – ranging from Built-to-suit transactions; Large re-location transactions, Land & Building Acquisition; Lease re-structuring.
Anuj is an expert in documentation, preparing Brokers’ Opinion of Value, market specific reports, Stay-vs-Go Analysis, Employee spread analysis, Travel Time Analysis, detailed Cash flows and comparisons – tools which help client’s to take an informed decision on their next steps.
Anuj has successfully handled a large Data Centre transaction of 250,000 sft., which was a Built-To-Suit & purchase acquisition by Net Magic(NTT Group) in 2015/16.
Transacted the largest re-location and expansion exercise in 2020 in Bangalore for Continental, which was a total of 850,000 sft. of office.
Has help LinkedIn relocate to a new 220,000s ft facility in 2015, with the latest addition in 2022, has reached a total area of 450,000sft. of occupied space. Anuj has ensured that LinkedIn gets the first option to consolidate in the same building - ensuring a contiguous growth.
