1.     Quality Policy – Over view / maintenance / update / implementation / audits across all projects initially in Bangalore and extended to other regions

2.     Periodic Quality alerts / updates to all projects

3.     Amalgamation of Quality Policy of Synergy & Colliers

4.      QA – QC Plan – review / updations as necessary / Standard presentation / Over-view implementation

5.     Quality Management – Planning / Assurance / Control ( Inputs from Quality Policy & any additions )

PROJECT BASED QUALITY AUDITS 

1.     Review audit process & periodic re-alignment if any

2.     Project Audit checklist – improvisation / extension of existing audit

3.     Over-view Quality Audits across Projects

4.     De-briefing of audit findings with Project heads

5.     Finalised Audit report to Management

6.     Audit follow up & compliance with observations

Procurement Audit 

1.     Audit check list – updation (ready for review)

2.     Audit reports to Procurement Head & Management

3.     Follow up on audit compliance & corrections

Note: All activities will be through respective teams comprising of Managers from present resources

Others:

1. Mentoring of Senior Team Members in Procurement 

2. Sessions with peer team members on Procurement process / Quality Audits etc 

3. Periodic updates / sessions with Project Heads on the findings of audits / follow ups etc.

a. TCS Campus, Kochi Project was adjudged second safest construction project by National Safety  Council Of India for the Year of assessment 2013 and conferred the ‘SILVER LOTUS’ award 

b. TCS Campus Kochi received the LEED GOLD BUILDING in the Year 2015 from IGBC

c. TCS Campus  Kochi  awarded with Energy Excellence Unit Award for 2014-15 by CII.

d.  TCS Kochi Campus received the ISO 9001 certification in Year  2013

e. TCS Kochi Campus is the fastest completed IT facility in Kerala State during the period 2011 to 2016.

f.  TCS Kochi - Services works executed in the above Project became a  Bench – Mark amongst the pan-India projects for   

     the good practices in execution &  quality – a niche domain where self has taken extra initiatives to achieve the  

     standards.
