Sankey Prasad joined Colliers India as Managing Director in September 2019 following Colliers’ acquisition of a controlling interest in Synergy, India's leading project management services company, of which Sankey was founder and Chairman. Synergy is now merged with Colliers International in India.
He is responsible for leading the client strategy and growth for the India market. Colliers’ combined operations in India now have more than 1400 professionals operating from 16 offices, providing investment sales, lease brokerage, valuations, workplace consultancy, design services and property and project management to domestic and international investors, occupiers and developers of real estate.
With over 35 years of real estate experience, Sankey is a highly respected industry leader and has helped to create high-performing teams that delivered some of the most complex and challenging projects for investors, developers and occupiers of real estate.
A qualified civil engineer, Sankey has won numerous accolades, both in India and internationally, for his contribution to the real estate sector, including “Most Promising Entrepreneur India 2016” by the Economic Times among others.

He develops a country-wide growth plan, manages revenues, operating expenses, and profitability to drive results, identify trends, and take corrective action. Ramesh also creates our workforce to provide innovative future solutions and help clients define and deliver successful real estate projects of the highest quality. As Managing Director, Market Development, Asia, Ramesh uses his considerable industry experience to add value beyond the boundaries of India and develop services, expand client relationships, and attract other talented professionals to the company. Before joining Colliers, Ramesh served as the CEO & Country Head of JLL India, where he oversaw the work and outputs of ~12,000 professionals working across transactions, consulting, and annuity businesses. During his tenure, he successfully grew the company to record heights. Previously, Ramesh held other leadership positions at JLL, such as COO – India; MD - West India; South India Markets Head; India Head of Land; MD – Industrial; MD – Chennai; and MD – Hyderabad. Ramesh was one of the youngest International Directors and Country Heads of JLL globally. He has also been a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Board of JLL and the J8, a group of JLL’s eight most prominent countries in terms of profits and revenues globally amongst 80 countries.

As a well-known name in the industry, Singh is adept at managing significant investment and divestment processes for assets, lands, and funds and has led several high-value transactions to drive exceptional results for his clients. Singh is responsible for growing Colliers’ CMIS capabilities and identifying investment opportunities in the region. He is also leveraging his industry experience to expand relationships with clients further while collaborating with experts across the country to acquire new business opportunities.

Kanchana is a highly seasoned real estate professional and one of the senior-most industry leaders in Chennai. Kanchana has close to two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Chennai.
In her long and illustrious career, Kanchana has advised some of the leading global occupiers, owners, and investors on their real estate strategies. Kanchana has held senior leadership roles at Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, and most recently at JLL India, where she headed their office leasing, retail, and data centre businesses in the Chennai region along with leading the landlord representation business for India.

Animesh works as the Managing Director & Head of office services business for Colliers in Pune and is responsible for leading the office consulting business in Pune.
His current responsibilities include, providing end-to-end real estate solutions to corporate clients. His position entails assessing client’s requirements, identifying solutions, negotiating financial and lease terms and providing market Intelligence along with working in a lead role to service the real estate requirements of key clients. Arshish was previously with JLL for about 8 years, where he most recently led the Occupier Consulting Group. He has also spearheaded numerous growth initiatives for JLL as an office expert, a senior internal strategist to the COO and CEO, operations specialist.

Ajay Sharma has over 14 years experience undertaking Real Estate valuation and advisory across India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. He has been at forefront delivering accelerated growth and success for clients ranging from private equity funds to government agencies with invaluable and unique industry leading insights.
He has led teams for valuation and advisory engagements pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, disputes and litigation including stressed assets transactions under SARFESI and IBC. Subhankar Mitra heads Advisory business in Colliers International India. He has over 23 years of experience pertaining to Strategic Consulting, Market Research, Transaction advisory, Program Management, valuations and other Urban development related Studies.

Animesh works as the Managing Director & Head of office services business for Colliers in Pune and is responsible for leading the office consulting business in Pune.
His current responsibilities include, providing end-to-end real estate solutions to corporate clients. His position entails assessing client’s requirements, identifying solutions, negotiating financial and lease terms and providing market Intelligence along with working in a lead role to service the real estate requirements of key clients. His role also includes participation in large business pitches including business development. He understands the international standards followed by global clients in his experience to service clients. In her long and illustrious career, Kanchana has advised some of the leading global occupiers, owners, and investors on their real estate strategies. Kanchana has held senior leadership roles at Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, and most recently at JLL India, where she headed their office leasing, retail, and data centre businesses in the Chennai region along with leading the landlord representation business for India.
