Our experts
Peter is a Chartered Property and Facility Management Surveyor with over 23 years experience. Peter has managed a number of high profile mixed use developments in Ireland such as Elmpark Green, Park West, Miesian Plaza and Central Park. In addition to the property and facility management services that Peter provides to a large client base, Peter has also provided space planning and relocation services for clients such as Aer Arann, ESAT Digifone, Pfizer.
Nicholas has 29 years’ experience of commercial property management, gained working in pension fund, asset management and property companies, including 12 years in the asset management department of Tesco Ireland. He joined Colliers International in October 2011 and is now Head of the Property Management Department
Gerry is a Director in the Property Management Department. He has over twenty five years experience in the Property Management Finance and Administration industry, both in the UK and Ireland. He joined Colliers International in July 2015 having previously been a Director of Ganly Walters Management. From 2005 to 2010, with two other colleagues,Gerry owned and managed their own Property Management business. Prior to that, he worked with DTZ in the UK from 1993 to 2005.
Niall has worked in the property industry for over 20 years covering various roles including residential & commercial sales, valuations, property and asset management. Niall provides day to day property management advice and services for a number of large multi occupied developments and private clients including tenant liaisons and asset management. Niall has management a number of large developments including Eyre Square Shopping Centre, Corrib Shopping Centre & Carpark and Edward Square.
Shane is a Chartered Property & Facility Manager of 20 years’ experience across all property sectors to include, Retail, Office, Industrial, Car Park and Residential with previous roles in Aramark and more recently Lambert Smith Hampton. He is currently engaged in the Management of Scotch Hall Shopping Centre in Drogheda, Market Cross Shopping Centre in Kilkenny, West Pier Business Campus in Dun Laoghaire amongst others sites.
Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience of commercial property management, joined Colliers in 2014 as a Senior Commercial Property Manager and is a licenced PSRA service provider.
John Henry is a Senior Facilities Manager in our busy Property Managment Department.
John has over 30 years’ experience in construction, project management, and property and facilities management.
His most recent full time role gave him responsibility for State Street’s portfolio of properties in Ireland and the Channel Islands. This included real estate strategy and implementation, project management and facilities management, with a budget of €29m, capex projects of up to €10m and providing services for 2,900 staff.
In his early career, John was Facilities Manager for the 1,400 person Xerox operation in Ballycoolin, Dublin.
He was also Property & Facilities Manager for ACCBank in the 1990s, where he had responsibility for the fit-out and move to a new headquarters building and the 50-branch network. As well maintenance and upkeep of the entire property portfolio, including Health and Safety.
Aneta is Client Accountant and Property Management Accounts Team Leader. She joined Colliers International in February 2018 and has 15 years’ experience working in property finance functions. Previously, she worked with Wyse Property Management Ltd as a Finance Manager and was in charge of the client reporting team responsible for producing financial and management information for a large portfolio of Owners Management Companies.
Deborah is an Accounts Receivable Assistant working in the Property Management Accounts department.
She is responsible for checking the properties bank accounts daily, posting up payments, raising rent and service charges invoices each month for Elm Park, monthly bank reconcilations and doing bi-weekly and monthly reports for Elm Park.
.Mark is an Accounts Payable Assistant in the Property Management Department. He is responsible for processing high volumes of supplier invoices through to payment.
Mark also is responsible for raising rent and Service Charges for Elm Park on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
He also prepares weekly and Monthly Reports for Elm Park and Seamark as well as preparing Monthly Funding Requests for Miesian Plaza.
