Q3 2020 Dublin Office Market Report

Somewhat encouragingly, the Q3 take-up levels were triple those of Q2 when Dublin was in the midst of a strict lockdown for much of the period. The Q3 take-up figure of 235,000 sq ft is however still well below the quarterly average and reflects the fact that Covid-19 still has a firm grip on the office market. The take-up was across 29 deals in total with five of these over 10,000 sq ft. None were over 50,000 sq ft.
