The industrial and logistics sector generally performed quite well in the face of Covid-19 with take up well ahead of the long run average, although down nearly 10% on the same quarter last year. Overall, the sector is probably one of the least impacted by the situation and numerous longer-term negotiations are still ongoing, while stakeholders remain cautious as they plan for the future, post Covid-19. Investor interest has echoed this to some extent and demand for good quality industrial and logistics opportunities remains robust.
