Three new senior hires at Colliers, as expansion continues.

Leading Real Estate Advisory firm, Colliers, welcomes three new senior team members - Kate Ryan, Catherine Loughnane and Caitriona Kirrane - in Research, Valuation/ Advisory and Marketing/PR.

Kate Ryan joins Colliers as Director of Research. Kate will be responsible for providing clients and colleagues with real time information trends, market analysis and research insights across all market sectors. Kate previously held roles in BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bannon and brings a wealth of experience to the helm of the newly created Research Department in Dublin.

Catherine Loughnane joins as an Associate Director in the firm’s Lease Advisory Department. A senior Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience, Catherine is a specialist in all Landlord & Tenant matters, Rent Reviews, Arbitrations and Court Hearings. Prior to joining Colliers Catherine worked in Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla).

Caitriona Kirrane joins Colliers as Head of Marketing & PR. Caitriona has over 8 years marketing and communications experience and is not new to the real estate industry having previously held roles in both BNP Paribas Real Estate and Knight Frank. Caitriona has previously worked on projects for some of the most prolific players in the Irish real estate market and is a digital marketing specialist.

He is recognised as a senior industry figure in the Irish market with expertise and in-depth experience representing major corporate clients, project and development assembly (greenfield to finished product), major investment transactions and international retailer representation.

Catherine Loughnane

Associate Director

Dublin

Catherine is an Associate Director in our Lease Advisory Department and has worked in the property industry for over a decade.

Catherine is a specialist in all Landlord & Tenant matters and is a highly experienced negotiator in rent reviews and lease negotiations and acts as an expert witness at Arbitration and Court Hearings.

She particularly specialises in office and retail rent reviews and has been involved in a significant number of high-profile cases.

Catherine utilises her expert knowledge and awareness of Landlord and Tenant legislation and case law in order to obtain the best possible results for her clients.

Prior to joining Colliers Catherine worked in Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla) and worked in the Professional Services team where she undertook rent reviews, Red Book compliant valuations and was seconded to semi-state organisations on a part time basis managing their property portfolio.

Kate Ryan

Director of Research

Dublin

Kate is Head of Research for Colliers in Ireland. Kate's role involves tracking and analysing property market data and trends and producing market reports and commentaries across all sectors. Kate is also part of Colliers EMEA research team and provides Irish market data which feeds into EMEA reports, allowing for analysis and comparison of occupier and investment trends.

Kate is an Associate Member of the SCSI and holds an MSc in Real Estate from TU Dublin.
