Dublin Offices Team advise on largest single letting in Dublin 2

Colliers advised LinkedIn on the acquisition of 2-4 Wilton Park, the largest single letting ever in Dublin 2

Paul Finucane, Director of Colliers Dublin’s Business Space Team, acted for LinkedIn on the 430,000 sq. ft. pre-let of the remaining 3 blocks of IPUT’s Wilton Park development.

The deal follows the previous acquisition of the 150,000 sq. ft. 1 Wilton Park back in Q4 2017. The entire Wilton Park development (600,000 sq ft) will constructed on a phased basis and scheduled for completion in 2024. Wilton Park will LinkedIn with the capacity to grow its current 1,200 employee headcount by more than 4,000 in the medium to long term.

He is joint head of the offices department in Dublin  and specialises in the acquisition of office space for incoming  multi-national companies. 

In 2019, Paul acted for LinkedIn in the largest office transaction of the year where they pre-let 3 office blocks in the CBD as part of their long term expansion plans in Dublin. This success has continued into 2020 where Paul acted for Slack in the largest city centre acquiistion year to date on behalf of Slack Technologies. 

Paul is a licensed professional and a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
