Paul has been a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with 40 years experience in property sales, acquisitions and management including portfolio and project management. From a variety of property company directorships he has gained all relevant hands on experience and as a highly organised strategic thinker who has overseen the A - Z of a number of successful property developments throughout his career. Having run his own consultancy business for over 15 years he continues to oversee on all types of acquisitions and sales. He is qualified and ideally placed to provide the professional property services required from concept stage through to hands on management of the completed asset.

Paul was educated at Blackrock College before Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin followed by enrolment in the Graduate Entry Programme in College of Estate Management Reading UK leading to probationary membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors before full membership on completion of Test of Professional Competence.

Catherine has over 20 years' experience in Residential and New Homes Property Sales, specialising in selling homes in Prime South Dublin and Dublin Commuter Belt. Catherine provides a wide range of property services including , sales, buying and selling, acquisitions, strategic marketing and property planning in respect of properties in Ireland and London. She has been responsible for the successful residential project managment of significant devlopments selling in excess of 10,000 new homes. Prior to joining Colliers International Catherine spent 18 years with Savills and served on the board of Savills Ireland specialized in the sale of New Home developments representing developers and house builders and high net worth individuals in the disposal of their private homes. More recently Catherine has delivered marketing and disposal advice to private clients, landowners, banks, receivers and investors and advised on marketing strategy in the disposal of land thus delivering value and maximizing returns.
Ron has been a senior member of the residential sales team in Colliers since joining back in 2000 with over 25 years sales experience.
Ron has specialized mainly in the 2nd hand residential sales, lettings and acquisition of both new & second hand properties in Dublin Central, South County Dublin and Wicklow.
Over the years Ron also has played a large part in the growth and expansion of the development land department which continues to grow with an ever increasing number of both land sales and land acquisitions on behalf of both private developers and investors. Colliers has grown and developed this end of the business along with our private clients and as a result continue to have some very exciting projects currently in the planning and design stages.
Ron also collaborates alongside Colliers professional services and advisory department. This involves initial inspection of properties through to the preparation and completion of valuation reports. These reports can vary siginificantly from one off residential properties / homes to multiple unit portfolios and future development land / sites for and on behalf of financial institutions, capital funds to private clients / private investors.
Property transfer valuations as well as probate valuations play a large role in our business which involves working closely alongside other property professionals such as accountants and solicitors on behalf of our clients. Many of our existing clients we have had a long standing relationship with over the last 30 + years and have continued to do business throughout the many different departments and in some cases Colliers INternational now act for family members on other property related matters and so many we consider good and close friends.
