Nick has worked for Colliers for the past 26 years and during that time has brokered some of the most complex business space transactions in the state.
He has acted as key account manager for major corporate clients entering the Irish market. and represents a significant number of International Private Investors active in the marketplace.Nick is a licensed professional and a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Acts as advisor to other corporate & financial clients including Starwood, Greenman Investments, Amentum, Aergo Capital, Barings International Fund Managers and Stellwagen.

Office take-up reached more than 1 million sq. ft. in Q4 2021, making this the 8th strongest quarter on record. This brings total take-up for the year to 1.7 million sq. ft. which is on par with 2020 levels but still low when compared to previous years.
