Michael has been active in the commercial property market throughout Ireland for some 40 years and provides Corporate Consulting Services, including having acted as key account manager for and advisor to many corporate clients/multinational companies throughout Ireland.
Accomplishments
Michael, has handled numerous landmark transactions, including acquisitions, sale & leasebacks on behalf of a range of private and corporate clients and semi-state bodies.
A former leader of the EMEA Office Business Team, Michael is a recipient of the prestigious "Spirit of Colliers" Award for the EMEA region of Colliers International and is a past board member of both the Irish Green Building Council and Ireland-U.S. Council.
Education
Michael is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Environmental Economics (BSc equivalent) and has practised in both Advisory Services and Commercial Agency. A Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, In addition to serving a four year term as an External Examiner to the Property Economics Degree Course at Dublin Institute of Technology (now Technical University Dublin), Michael has served as a Director of the Irish Green Building Council and of the Irish Chapter of the Ireland - U.S. Council for Commerce and Industry.
