John Henry is a Senior Facilities Manager in our busy Property Managment Department.
John has over 30 years’ experience in construction, project management, and property and facilities management.
His most recent full time role gave him responsibility for State Street’s portfolio of properties in Ireland and the Channel Islands. This included real estate strategy and implementation, project management and facilities management, with a budget of €29m, capex projects of up to €10m and providing services for 2,900 staff.
In his early career, John was Facilities Manager for the 1,400 person Xerox operation in Ballycoolin, Dublin.
He was also Property & Facilities Manager for ACCBank in the 1990s, where he had responsibility for the fit-out and move to a new headquarters building and the 50-branch network. As well maintenance and upkeep of the entire property portfolio, including Health and Safety.
Accomplishments
Working with in house and outsourced teams, on a number of occasions taking an in house team and TUPEing them to national or international FM firms.
Reporting, both Financial and Operational, to ensure senior management have the information available to make decisions based on fact.
Procurement, of full outsourced services, specific technical and soft service or goods and materials.
Risk management, identifying and protecting the business by ensuring always available workspace and systems through planning and execution of backup systems and business continuity plans, consequently no reputational risk.

Peter is a Chartered Property and Facility Management Surveyor with over 23 years experience. Peter has managed a number of high profile mixed use developments in Ireland such as Elmpark Green, Park West, Miesian Plaza and Central Park. In addition to the property and facility management services that Peter provides to a large client base, Peter has also provided space planning and relocation services for clients such as Aer Arann, ESAT Digifone, Pfizer.
Nicholas has 29 years’ experience of commercial property management, gained working in pension fund, asset management and property companies, including 12 years in the asset management department of Tesco Ireland. He joined Colliers International in October 2011 and is now Head of the Property Management Department
Gerry is a Director in the Property Management Department. He has over twenty five years experience in the Property Management Finance and Administration industry, both in the UK and Ireland. He joined Colliers International in July 2015 having previously been a Director of Ganly Walters Management. From 2005 to 2010, with two other colleagues,Gerry owned and managed their own Property Management business. Prior to that, he worked with DTZ in the UK from 1993 to 2005.
Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience of commercial property management, joined Colliers in 2014 as a Senior Commercial Property Manager and is a licenced PSRA service provider.
