Before joining Colliers in November 2017, I worked for 17 years in a Dublin firm where I gained experience in all sectors of the property industry. At the start of 2020 I was promoted to Head of Administration for Colliers. This new role has enabled me to gain expeience in other areas of the company.

Emmett is Director and Head of Valuation & Advisory Services in Ireland.
He is responsible for the oversight and development of the Valuation, Lease Advisory, Rating, Compulsory Purchase and Hotels/Lesiure functions.
Emmett joined Colliers International as an Associate Director in 2015, he has previous exerience in a client side Asset Management role with a large NGO with a portfolio of over 250 mixed use assets. He holds in excess of 20 years industry experience across valuations, expert witness, landord and tenant, rent reviews, commercial agency and development.
Laura undertakes valuations of all types of commercial / investment properties nationwide on behalf of both institutions, and private clients. These valuations are generally undertaken as loan security exercises, accounts purposes or portfolio valuations throughout Ireland. In addition to valuations Laura also undertakes Landlord and Tenant work including; rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
Having previously worked in Capital Markets Laura has specialised in investment properties and providing strategic investment advice to institutions and private investors in respect of all aspects of commercial property investment including the marketing and disposal of properties, development advice, portfolio asset management, cash flow appraisals and property acquisitions.
Edward Campbell M Sc Real Est, B Sc (Hons), Dip Financial Planning, MSCSI, MRICS, MCIArb-AM, MII-CM is a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer with over 30 years’ experience in private practice working in Ireland and the UK. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Registered Valuer) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland he sits on the society’s panel for the Assessment of Professional Competence and is a member of the SCSI/RICS Valuation Professional Group.
He is also a Chartered Arbitrator, a Certified and Accredited Mediator, a Harvard Law School trained Negotiator and acts as an Expert Witness in disputes involving planning law, property rights and real estate valuation.
He is an adjunct lecturer in property valuation, landlord and tenant law, compulsory purchase, property economics and planning law at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and TU Dublin and is a former lecturer in Maths and Economics at NUI Galway.
Helen Creaven has over 15 years experience in administration, assistant and support roles. She has a strong IT background and highly skilled in all administrative processes . Helen is highly proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suit.
Rhona is a Divisional Director in Colliers' Valuation and Advisory team undertaking all types of commercial and residential valuations nationwide on behalf of institutions and private clients. Rhona has excellent and varied experience in all sectors of the market having previously worked on the periodic valuation of a large pension fund portfolio. Over the past year she has specialised in the valuation of large PRS developments and development appraisals.
Rhona is also very active with Landlord and Tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals.
Carmel joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory after completing her Bachelor of Science in Property Economics at Dublin Institute of Technology in 2019 and reccently completed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor
Carmel undertakes both commercial, agricultural and residential property valuations throughout Ireland on behalf of both institutions and private clients for the purpose of loan security, accounting or portfolio valuations. Carmel has also been involved in Landlord and Tenant services that include rent reviews and commercial rating negotiations.
Abigail joined Colliers International in July 2019 as a Graduate Surveyor and has since successfully completed her APC and is now a Chartered Valuation Surveyor within the Valuation / Advisory Services and Hotels and Lesiure teams undertaking both Red Book Valuations and advising clients on aquistions / disposals.
Prior to this Abigail worked within the Valuation & Advisory Services and Asset Management teams in CBRE Belfast where she was envoled with numerous rent reviews and lease renewals as well as assisting on the Asset Management of various shopping centres.
Abigail gained residential experience where she worked alongiside a residential surveyor assisting on numerous mortgage surveys and dealing in all aspects of the sales negotiation process.
Director Valuation & Advisory Services
Paul has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor having worked in London for both Local Government and in the property department of a high street bank, following which he returned to Dublin and ran the Valuation & Professional Services Department of one of the countries oldest independently owned firms of Chartered Surveyors for over 20 years. In 2011, Paul joined the National Asset Management Agency ( NAMA), where amongst other things he oversaw the sale and marketing of over €1bn worth of assets including a key landmark site in the Mayfair area of London. Following NAMA, Paul joined AIB Banks Plc to work with senior management to determine the banks' property lending strategy and ultimatley, he oversaw the Valuations workstream as part of the banks deleveraging strategy to reduce the Non-Performing Loanbook.
