More positive outlook next year
This semester seems to be the last period of the VAT incentive. Therefore, developers have been maximising this opportunity to sell their projects. As a result, more completed units have been sold than in the previous semester.
We are more optimistic about next year’s market, as we see that the pandemic is currently more controllable and more activities are possible. Therefore, we predict there will be some project launches, more sales activity and higher price growth.
