General Manager – Real Estate Management Services


Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example by demonstrating a positive approach within the building and proactively engage service partners and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience for building users
  • Proactively develop projects and initiatives that provide added value and continuous improvement to the portfolio
  • Creating team culture and implement development plans for the team, including proactive and practical support to motivate and create a high performing team, and ensure succession plans are in place for critical roles
  • Establishing and manage Building annual and long term operation goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations
  • Specifically establish written goals and objectives for direct reports. Conduct period formal and informal performance evaluation
  • Analyzing and develop improvements based on data analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in architect, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields
  • 10-15 years of working experience in building and/or facility management work, particularly in residential and office building
  • 5 years of working experience as Senior Building Manager
  • Good communication skills, including good command of Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage
  • Good personal and interpersonal skills
  • An organized person and a team player
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills

Fire Safety Manager, Real Estate Management Services


Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining relevant HSE logs and documentation
  • Creating best practices on fire prevention and mitigation in Building
  • Assisting in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations specially related to fire hazard
  • Maintaining knowledge management, observing HSE regulations including but not limited to making sure the team wears all required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices etc.
  • Preparing applicable HSE report as necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (Minimum) with the related background
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager is a must

Facility Manager (Data Center), Facilities Management


Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for facility maintenance and repair also day to day operations in a whole client’s site
  • Managing the overall operational concerns and services, including its safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Managing M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building, critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated to Data Center environment (i.e., fire safety, cooling system)
  • Lead the facilities and building operations team
  • Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors are appropriate for the Data Center’s facilities operations and client’s objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, including with experience at managerial capacity managing the operations of a 24x7

  • Possess facility management, data center certificate such as CDFC and CDFOM will be a huge advantage

  • Good communication skills, including good command of English.

  • Good personal and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven managerial and leadership skills.

Procurement Officer - Facilities Management


Job Responsibilities

Specifically, the Procurement Officer, as part of the business development team, will be responsible for:

  • Maintain the library of templates, response information, and standard documents.
  • Manage and maintain the business development database, ensuring reporting is accurate and provided as required.
  • Schedule and arrange various meetings with related parties.
  • Assist the collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders in managing submission components and preparation.
  • Assist business development team in ensuring all submissions within high-quality standards and required deadlines.
  • Assist in calculating the proposed budget, and creating high quality written content for the business as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, majoring in Economic Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in Procurement, handling negotiations, dealing with both internal and external parties, dealing with numbers and data analysis.

Programmer - IT


Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team on defining and providing input of development process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software.
  • Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language.
  • Integrate individual software solutions to higher-level systems.
  • Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from a reputable university.
  • Solid and up-to-date information technology knowledge and technology, particularly on software and web based application with ASP.NET with C# MS Sql Server 2016, including in writing SQL queries using UNION, INNER/OUTER JOIN, GROUP BY clause, Stored Procedure, Function, etc.
  • Good understanding of database concept and familiar with ERD, Object Oriented Design & Programming.
  • Good understanding of Reporting Service, Web Service, Charting, Advance Javascript, and Server Administration (TCP-IP,IIS, Ports, FTP, SMTP, Firewall).
  • Good understanding of Android and iOS programming is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, including excellent command of verbal and written English skills.
