The Váci Corridor is the largest office submarket in Budapest with 31% of the class A stock of Budapest including four office hubs have emerged along the Váci út, all located within 500 m of metro stations. They provide not only a vast amount of high-tech, modern office space, but also large scale of comforting services to help their tenants retain key employees.
50% share of the Budapest development pipeline located in this submarket, where SSC/BPO operations are the main driver of the demand, however, recently we can see a new trend of high profile tenants from the banking and the IT sector.
