CK Lau is the Managing Director | Hong Kong and also leads the Valuation & Advisory Services business as Managing Director | Asia.  He has over 30 years’ property experience in valuation, real estate consultancy and investment sales in Hong Kong, mainland China and the Asian region. 

His expertise includes development consultancy; government lease modification application and premium negotiations; investment and development sites sales; litigation valuation advice and expert witness in the High Court/Lands Tribunal/arbitration; portfolio valuations; REIT property advice; rental determination; and valuation due diligence services.

Hannah Jeong has extensive valuation & advisory services experience over 15 years including property investment and development projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis and feasibility studies. Project’s geographic coverage span across Asia Pacific and Middle East, in particular Hong Kong, China and Korea. She has started her career with Colliers since 2006 and is now heading our Valuation and Advisory Services - Hong Kong Office with over 40 professionals.

Hannah has strong client coverage on major financial institutions including global real estate funds and private equity firms.

Richmond specializes in the provision of valuation and advisory services across the real estate spectrum, including residential development sites, en-bloc premium office buildings, retail and shopping malls, industrial estates and hospitality establishments.

Richmond is currently heading the PRC Client Services business line within Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services advising major investors, developers mainly from the mainland as well as Government organisations on maximising the potential of properties in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and beyond.

Richmond first worked in Colliers during the years between 2017 and 2020. Prior to re-joining Colliers in 2021, he has worked in the public sector for an entire year looking after compensation valuation for urban renewal in the Urban Renewal Authority and land administration matters in the Lands Department of the Hong Kong Government. His previous professional working experiences in both private and public sectors enable him to critically advise client on both valuation, project appraisals and land administration matters in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.

Dylan specialises in valuation, advisory, and consultancy of various property types including development sites, commercial, residential, industrial, and hotels.

He was involved in numerous valuation projects, market studies, and development consultancies for various purposes.
