Colliers in Hong Kong appoints two senior industrial sector experts

HONG KONG, 3 March  2022 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointments of two new senior industrial experts. Roy Chan and Eddie Fu have rejoined as Senior Director, Industrial Services | Hong Kong. Their addition to the business boasts decades of experience, which bolsters the industrial team’s expertise with investment and leasing activity.

Roy Chan rejoins the Colliers business after 17 years working for competitor firms and brings with him nearly 35 years of experience in Hong Kong’s industrial sector. His addition to the team adds asset-specific expertise with data centres, logistics and cold storage, which complements the focus areas of multiple Colliers’ business lines.

Eddie also rejoins the business with over 25 years of experience working in Hong Kong’s industrial sector and nearly four years working in Southern China. His new role positions him as one of the senior members of the team, and his dual focus on leasing and investment will spearhead increased collaboration between the core business lines.

Eddie Fu is a senior real estate expert with over 25 years of experience working in Hong Kong’s industrial sector and nearly four years in Southern China. He is a senior member of the Colliers industrial team, and has a dual focus of leasing and investment opportunities.  

He has significant cross-border experience and has built a strong network in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen of suppliers, and end-users. His major clients in Hong Kong and China include Canon, Nippon Express, adidas, DKSH, Mazda, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Shui On, Sime Darby, Hutchison Properties, Schenker, Mitsui, GLP, Goodman, Nestle, other multinational and local companies as well as some local Government offices in the Guangzhou and Shenzhen area.  

Eddie also has experience servicing multinational companies, detailed analysis of future development sites, financial budgeting and setting up a private funds in Hong Kong with assets in China.
