Returning talent ready to accelerate success with the Colliers platform
Roy Chan rejoins the Colliers business after 17 years working for competitor firms and brings with him nearly 35 years of experience in Hong Kong’s industrial sector. His addition to the team adds asset-specific expertise with data centres, logistics and cold storage, which complements the focus areas of multiple Colliers’ business lines.
Roy Chan, Senior Director, Industrial Services | Hong Kong, commented: “I have been very impressed by Colliers’ global, regional and local trajectory as the world’s fastest growing real estate company. It’s received some major investment across its platform, and the appointment of CK Lau as Managing Director acted as a catalyst in my decision to rejoin the business – the next couple of years are going to be very exciting.”
A focus on developers and experience working in Southern China
Eddie also rejoins the business with over 25 years of experience working in Hong Kong’s industrial sector and nearly four years working in Southern China. His new role positions him as one of the senior members of the team, and his dual focus on leasing and investment will spearhead increased collaboration between the core business lines.
Eddie Fu, Senior Director, Industrial Services | Hong Kong, said: “I can see that Colliers has done a lot of work positioning its brand and experts to work closely with major developers, pivoting to adopt a business partner model. Investing in these relationships is critical, and I have a well-established network with several local developers including Link REIT, Sun Hung Kai, Henderson Land and major multinational companies, and I will directly focus on this to accelerate the success of our clients and our people.”
