The new joiners cover the core service lines of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Valuation & Advisory Services and Project Management , adding significant industry-leading expertise ahead of what is going to be an active year for Hong Kong’s real estate market.

Jacky Cheung, Senior Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services
Jacky Cheung joins the business from a direct competitor and brings with him just under 25 years of experience in commercial real estate across the valuation, capital markets and investment sectors. In his new role, Jacky will focus on local investors and institutional funds to drive revenue and capture market share in Hong Kong. His extensive experience with agencies, government, banks and surveyor firms all add to his understanding of the commercial real estate market.
Jazz Chow, Director, Head of Business Valuation, Hong Kong | Asia
Jazz has a proven track record and over 15 years’ experience in delivering leading business valuation solutions in Hong Kong and Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, she joins us directly from a competitor where she was Director of the Business Enterprise and Financial Instrument Valuation team.
Working mainly with listed organisations, Jazz’s track record not only includes the valuation of tangible assets, but also intangible assets such as brand name and licence. This exclusive skill set provides the opportunity to collaborate with our core business lines such as Occupier Services and Capital Markets & Investment Services to drive new revenue streams with existing clients.
Simon Hong, Project Director, Project Management
Simon has over 15 years’ experience working across the corporate office, retail, banking, and finance sectors. His career includes the delivery of multiple projects at different scales, which have seen him develop a successful track record in Hong Kong’s CBD and across Asia Pacific with major occupiers.
In this role, Simon will be responsible for business development, project management and mentoring young talent as they look to develop their career with Colliers. Adding Simon’s capabilities to the business demonstrates the growth aspirations of the Project Management team and its core role as a part of the Enterprise ’25 Growth Strategy.
