Hong Kong, 16 November 2020 – Colliers International (NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIGI), a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, has been appointed by the owner as the sole agent for the sale of the property on Lot 453 in D.D. 399, Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan. The Property is to be sold on an “as-is” basis with vacant possession. The asking price is HK$110 million.

Built in 1979, the Property is now a two-story house covering an area of about 8,310 sq ft with a saleable area of approximately 4,904 sq ft. The only project completed in recent years was Deauville on Castle Peak Road by Sun Hung Kai Properties, which an odd number of houses was sold for HK$110 million in May this year, equating to HK$32,900 per sq ft in saleable area.

“Boasting an atmosphere of tranquillity, a remarkable level of privacy and a commanding view over the azure waters and the Tsing Ma Bridge, properties in the Ting Kau section are in short supply and have long been coveted by buyers. The launch of the Property will also attract developers to purchase for redevelopment purposes.
