Professional Summary

Chris joined in 2018 as the Head of Kowloon Office Services and currently is Head of Landlord Representation Services.  Prior to joining Colliers, Chris was the Head of Leasing and Sales at the Hong Kong Cyberport (owned by HKSAR) overseeing all leasing matters on offices and retail space.  Before that, Chris was a Director of commercial leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle.   


Chris has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and retail real estate sectors.  He has built a strong clientele of multinational clients and local companies.  Chris is well regarded in the industry for his experience and expertise in Project Leasing and Consultancy services. 


Chris graduated at University of Salford in UK with a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
