I have over 15 years of working experience in Support and Administration. I have been taking critical leadership role in the operational activities of the business, providing efficient and integrated support service to separate business lines of the company. Whilst contributing significantly to the overall operational management of the organization over past few years, I have been accountable for managing the dedicated Support Team covering all areas of budgeting & cost control, IT systems and security, people management. I have experience working with IFIs, local banks, private entities and interacting with businesspeople in cross-cultural environment.
Together with the dedicated Support Team, successfully managed office relocation projects, IT Infrastructure arrangements and remote working system as part of the Business Contingency Plan. Implemented document control and document flow system, set up an internal communication channel for smooth operations.
