I am senior real estate executive with 12+ years’ experience leading valuation and advisory services of Colliers Georgia. I have successfully built and managed high-performance team consisting of more than 90 Georgian professionals to accomplish thousands of real estate valuation and consulting projects for our local and international clients.
My experience includes managing projects of property valuation, business valuation, market research, feasibility studies, Highest and Best Use analyses, and asset inventory. I have worked on large scale projects in all real estate sectors including lands, residential, commercial, hotel, warehouse & industrial and mixed-use developments.
Accomplishments
Prior to joining Colliers Georgia, I worked at Georgian Real Estate and Investments Management Company LLC as a Director of Real Estate Consulting Department. Since 2014 when Colliers entered Georgian market valuation & advisory team, headed by me, accomplished more than 260,000 valuations with aggregated total value of $20 bln and issued more than 65 market research reports.
I am certified IVS (International Valuation Standards) Valuer and a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) through Real Estate Valuation. I also hold Leed Green Associate title. I am invited Lecturer at Valuers and Experts Professional Development Center of Georgia and Georgian American University (GAU).
I have fulfilled projects for leading private and public organizations as well as IFI’s such as: ADB, EBRD, EUMM, UNDP, WWF, McDonalds, Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank.

With 16 years of previous background in real estate valuation starting in year 2001, Misha had worked as an appraiser and had managed an appraisal management company both in California, US; since 2009, Mikheil was a head of appraisal department at Bank Republic/Societe Generale Group in Tbilisi, Georgia. Throughout these years, Misha has completed over 4,000 appraisals; managed, performed QA check, and did underwriting for over 25,000 appraisals for lending purposes.
