Professional Summary

I am senior real estate executive and entrepreneur with 15+ years’ experience leading real estate investment, development, sales, construction and turnaround operations. We have successfully built and managed high-performance international teams to facilitate and close large real estate transactions in Georgia.

I have experience of developing large scale commercial, mixed use and resort projects in Georgia. We have closely worked with international consultants and master-planners to develop overall close to 5 millions square meters of land area and circa 1.5 million square meters of development volume.

I am also experienced in investor search and fund raising negotiations, in last 10 years we have raised and negotiated more than US$500 million for the projects in Georgia from Institutional Investors and IFI’s such are Citi, EBRD, IFC and private real estate funds operating from New York, London and Moscow.

Accomplishments

As a Managing Partner at Dexus, Real Estate Asset Management Company,  I have successfully turned around the largest private residential developer in Georgia, Center Point Group, completing 13 large scale project in value of around US$200 million and in volume of circa 250 thousand square meters, recovering investment for over 4,000 clients in value of about US$170 million. We have raised for recovery US$18 million and achieved  over 80% annualized return on investment, we have created US$10 million extra value through renegotiating terms with the stakeholders of the project.

As a Chief Executive Officer at GRDC, real estate investment and development company, I have identified, secured, and invested over US$130 million to support the successful completion of large ongoing real estate development projects, raised over US$100 million in additional funding with IFIs. We have increased market share value by 3X while preparing the company to go public by developing and implementing business development strategies to build, expand, and sustain market growth throughout new territories.
