I am development advisory specialist with 4 years of experience in real estate development and 8 years of experience in management consulting for public and private organizations. 

I have experience of developing large scale and mixed-use developments in Georgia. I have closely worked with urbanists, master planners, geographers, and international consultants to develop overall close to 1.5 million square meters of land area.

My competencies span over concept development, corporate finances, and economic advice for spatial/urban projects. Along with data and research teams, I am actively involved in the analysis of real estate market trends and forecasts and often speak with the media as the Company Representative.

Accomplishments

As the Development Advisory Director at Colliers Georgia, I have completed up to 40 development consulting projects in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia for various property sectors including feasibilities and best use studies, economic strategies, and forecasts, as well as design reviews. I am mainly concentrated on the large urban development projects transforming cities/sites/municipalities into polycentric and tourism destinations. I have managed spatial and masterplan economic feasibilities of the city Kutaisi, Kazbegi municipality, city Mtskheta and one of the polycentres’ of Tbilisi. 

Prior to joining Colliers Team, I was leading Strategic Development Department at the Ministry of Economy in Georgia, accountable for developing strategic directions for the ministry and its legal entities, including Enterprise Georgia, Natural Resource Management Agency, State Property Agency, Energy Development fund, etc.

I have also worked at consulting company Synergy group, leading numerous client companies’ strategy development processes.
