Over 3 years of experience working in Colliers as a real estate development advisor for private and public organizations. Skilled in carrying out and delivering feasibility and best-use estimation studies, comprised of site analysis, market research of relevance, concept proposition and financial modelling. Furthermore, experience with more complex projects, such as urban development and spatial economic advisory.
Accomplishments
Throughout my years in Colliers, I have been actively involved in up to 20 development advisory projects, covering almost all the real estate property sectors.
My work has been primarily oriented towards local market, however I have also worked on multiple international projects, particularly in Azerbaijan and Armenia. Moreover, I have had experience in collaborating with Colliers international team on number of occasions.
Some of the notable projects I have been member of are as follows, urban development economic advisory of Kutaisi masterplan, economic and tourism concept advisory of Sairme resort, Alliance Centropolis design review and feasibility study, Ambassadori Batumi Island feasibility study and many more.
