JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Receptionist cum Admin

Department: Operation

Report to: Operation Manager

Location: HCMC


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Receptionist:

- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible, re-direct all as appropriate and take adequate messages when required, greet, assist and / or direct visitors.

- Receive, direct telephone messages and fax messages, deliver the mail, maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

- Maintain and update phone list.

- Support the Customer Service team through administration tasks.

2. Administrative:

- Contact with office supplies when company required for stationery, printer.

- Maintain a current and accurate filing system; monitor the use of supplies and equipment, co-ordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.

- Assist administrative services to Administration Department when they have had requirements.

- Perform other related duties as required by Administration Operations Department.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication in both English (TOEIC 600) & Vietnamese.

- Willing to learn, patient, honest, mature.
