Job title: Facilities Manager

Department: Property Management

Report to: CEO 

Location: Long An


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Manage and monitor the performance of project as assigned by superiors.

- Manage construction projects of company;

- Coordinate with Project Management Board & Supervision Consultants or Representatives of Investor on progress at the construction site;

- Perform inspection, survey the ground according to construction drawings; evaluate deviation between design and reality to make recommendation with design department;

- On behalf of contractors in working with project staffs of investor in the scope of work under your charge, working closely and build good relationship with investor;

- Set up plan and ensure the progress and quality of works, manage payment and finalization documents; on behalf of Company to deal with related-job at construction;

- Manage and monitor the implementation of the site: inspection and evaluation process of construction at the site to ensure the implementation follow the drawings, specifications, quality and quantity;

- Coordinate the construction schedule of project, actively solving problems (if any) during deployment;

- Remind and suspend the construction in the case discover violations of process, technique and quality;

- Monitoring and managing the human resources at the site, leading the construction of subcontractors;

- Check the contractor's resources;

- Monitor, assure and responsible for the quality, cost, schedule and safety of  project;

- Control and reporting progress of project, confirm the payment request of contractors;

- Prepare, present and submit reports by weekly/monthly;

- Preparing all documents to sign acceptance of minutes at site;

- Other relevant duties as assigned by Line Manager and BoD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Male

- Must be a University graduate

- At least 5 years experience at the similar position in commercial property/real estate companies; technical knowledge of facilities within an industrial park

- Excellent command of English skills

- Good attitude, willing to provide high end standards for clients.  

- High commitment of Conduct in business
