- Support the sales team through administrative tasks to be completed;

- Support sales team through all of paperwork process for leasing services; record and follow up the fee payable to Colliers by landlords for any success deals;

- Actively maintain personal knowledge about the real estate market in Vietnam to the highest possible standard;

- Make cold calls and arrange meetings daily with prospective clients, sub-brokers;

- Collect and analyse data and factors of residential market;

- Collect, maintain and review articles, media and other information from relevant sources to update databases and track market trends;

- Prepare and manage databases if required;

- Execute clerical work: data entry, updating daily, weekly and monthly reports, completing contracts.

- Escort the clients to site inspections if required;

- Liaise with landlords;

- Liaise with marketing department to produce marketing collaterals;

- Various other job related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and BoD.
