Sports and events facilities often provide the centrepiece of world class real estate destinations. However, rarely can stadia and performance venues alone generate sufficient revenues to pay back capital investments or on-going operational and renewal expenditure. To underpin the business case they must be packaged within broader development strategies and optimise their commercialisation through advertising and sponsorship revenues, merchandising, food and beverage, corporate hire, and hospitality. We work with public sector agencies and private sector developers/operators to help define need and feasibility, and assist on delivery and operation.
