Colliers International, has appointed Kate Morgan as UK Head of Operations. She will concentrate on providing the correct tools and ensuring that the best processes are in place to support Colliers’ client facing teams to be as effective as possible, as well as exploring wider opportunities for future planning and strategic growth.

Kate joined Colliers in June 2014 to lead the business development unit for the Rating team, before leading the CRM implementation across EMEA, whilst also working with other core markets to align any investment into a cross-market system.
Prior to joining Colliers Kate spent three years heading up the business development and operational change functions at Bruntwood, the £100m turnover family-owned commercial property company based in the north of England. Having started her career in consultancy, Kate also spent a number of years promoting Manchester on behalf of MIDAS, the city’s inward investment agency.
