Colliers International has published its first gender pay report, which shows that Colliers has a mean gender pay gap of 49.44% (average) and a median (middle) gender pay gap of 43.86%.
Here is our 2017 gender pay report
, including our results and what we are doing to close the gap.
“We know that our gender pay gap is not simply a pay issue, rather the gap exists in our sector because of the historically low number of females choosing property as career and the subsequent under representation of women in senior leadership roles,” said Tony Horrell, Colliers International, CEO UK & Ireland. “We recognise that this is something that needs to change and Colliers has built robust measures that are already beginning to make a difference; though we realise this is a journey that will take a long time to complete.”
