Colliers International has appointed Rachel Bunney as Head of Client Engagement. This newly created role will be the go-to-person for customer relationships. Rachel will work with the business to implement our client engagement programme and advance our major markets strategy. She will drive CRM activity for identified targets; ensure that we have accurate client intelligence fueling Salesforce and business development plans; as well as measuring client satisfaction levels to ultimately improve our client engagement.
Rachel remains within the UK Marketing & Communications team working closely with Head of UK Marketing, Rosalie King, who has returned from maternity leave and continues to manage the UK Marketing team; and both report to Richard Crook, Head of EMEA Marketing & Business Development.
