The National Capital Markets team in the Bristol office of Colliers International has completed the sale of Brook House in Stoke Gifford, Bristol, for £1.075million.

The 11,175 sq ft hybrid industrial property, which is leased until October 2018 was sold to a private investor on behalf of LPA receivers. The sale reflects a net initial yield of 8.88% NIY and approximately £96 per sq ft.

Richard Coombs of the National Capital Markets team said: “We achieved a sale price significantly in excess of the asking terms. There was a healthy level of interest in this property which went to best bids, which is very much a reflection of the continuing demand for investment properties in the region”
