Global real estate advisor, Colliers International, has announced the appointment of Kyle Joss as an associate director in its City Fringe team, to advise clients on strategic acquisitions within this burgeoning area of London.
Joss joins Colliers after seven years at Cushman & Wakefield. For the past three years, Joss has worked as an associate within the firm’s City Capital Markets team where he has represented both international and UK based clients on acquisitions in Central London. Recent successes include working on the £130 million sale of 67 Lombard Street, EC3 on behalf of Viridis; the acquisition of Cannongate House, EC4, for circa £20 million on behalf of a private Hong Kong investor and being part of the team that acquired 71 Queen Victoria Street on behalf of Pacific Eagle for £220 million. Prior to his time in London, Joss worked within the National Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Edinburgh office.
