Global real estate advisor, Colliers International has today announced the appointment of Andrew Thomas as Head of International Capital Markets and a director within its London Offices team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was a partner in its Central London department and has worked for the last 27 years.
At Colliers, Andrew will be responsible for securing cross-border investment opportunities in London for international capital from around the globe.

He has acted in the Central London market for over 25 years and has undertaken sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, forward funding, debt financing, lease restructuring and valuation work for investors from North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific Region,” said Tony Horrell, Colliers International’s CEO in UK & Ireland. “This appointment marks another strategic step in strengthening and building on our existing cross-border capabilities and our London offer; to ensure we have the best people and expertise to support our local and international clients.”
Over the last 12 months, Colliers’ London Offices team has completed more than £2 billion of investment deals and has played a pivotal role in a number of recent transactions in Central London including the sale of Principal Place, Ryder Court, Rose Court and 190 Oxford Street. The team has also completed more than 2 million sq ft in lettings and has advised on more than 1.5m sq ft of rent reviews and lease renewals.
